Peer Exchange on Pedagogy
This collaborative space is designed for faculty to share teaching ideas, discuss challenges, and exchange strategies to strengthen our teaching practice. Faculty do not have to join the learning community and can attend any session they wish. The roundtable will meet in a different location each month.
The roundtable will meet on the Third Tuesday of each month from 1:00–1:50 p.m. All faculty are welcome, and participation is conversational rather than presentation based. Participants are encouraged to share what has worked well (and not so well) in their courses.

- September: Communication Policies
- Tuesday, September 22 at 1:00 pm in Carter 100
- Communication Policies: office hours, email, eCampus messages. What are reasonable response times? What are reasonable boundaries that don't make us seem inaccessible to the students?

- The last PEP roundtable of the semester invites participants to share one meaningful change they have made in their classroom over the last year that has led to positive outcomes for students. Through these brief reflections, we will highlight effective practices, spark new instructional ideas, and strengthen our shared commitment to student success.

- What strategies are we using to encourage students to attend class? What techniques are we using to keep them engaged and learning once they are there?
