You’re invited to join a new faculty community focused on Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) professional development. Many of our courses depend on GTAs to teach and mentor undergraduate students. This group will shift the focus from what’s being taught to who’s teaching—our GTAs!
Together, we’ll share resources, explore strategies, and collaborate on ways to support GTAs as they grow in their teaching roles. Strengthening GTA professional development not only enhances their pedagogical skills and future career prospects, but also improves learning experiences for undergraduates.
Whether you’d like to enrich existing training or develop new opportunities for your GTAs, this community offers a space to connect, learn, and take meaningful next steps. Faculty from all disciplines are welcome!
