We encourage attendees to book accommodations early and review travel information prior to arrival.
Parking
Parking is available in both public and permit-designated areas near the conference venue. Please note that many campus parking facilities are reserved for WVU employees and permit holders during designated hours.
WVU employees with valid permits are encouraged to utilize flexible parking options. Lots 5 and 7 are closest to the Mountainlair.
Visitors should plan to use metered spaces in surface lots or the Mountainlair Parking Garage.
Mountainlair Parking Garage
The entrance to the Mountainlair Parking Garage is located at the intersection of University Avenue and College Avenue. From University Avenue, turn onto College Avenue and take the first right (at the corner of the bookstore). Look for the sign Mountainlair Parking Garage Entrance . (You cannot access the garage from Maiden Lane.)

The conference will be held at the Mountainlair Student Union located at 1550 University Ave, Morgantown WV, 25506. Specific room locations will be shared with the conference schedule at a later date.
